PREAMBLE
Mindful of our common heritage in Manyu division. Upper Banyang subdivision committed to the altruistic spirit of the Upper Banyang people, realizing that we are sojourners. On this land, concious of the need to preserve our cultural identity and heritage within the broad context of the Upper Banyang community; Finding the needs to promote development in our subdivision and to enhance the virtues of Unity, Loyalty, Cooperation, and Responsibility among us we the Upper Banyang people residing Washington District of Columbia and its environs hereby agree to constitute ourselves into a community, known as the Upper Banyang Cultural and Development Association (UPBACDA) U.S.A (including chapters hitherto created in the united states of America) and to be guided by the following regulations as agreed upon by the General Assemble of the Upper Banyang Cultural and Development Association U.S.A in Washington D.C
THE ASSOCIATION
Article 1 :
Section 1.
The association shall henceforth be known as the Upper Banyang Cultural and Development Association and shall be abbreviated as UPBACDA U.S.A
Section 2.
A. The motto of this association shall be Unity, Respect, and Progress.
B. The logo of this association shall be a hand intertwined to another symbolizing unity in strength.
Section 3.
